2023:
Jie Jie is a junior at Carolina and moved into an off-campus apartment. Mei Mei is a high school senior!
2022 FDOC: Mei Mei is a junior at GHHS and Jie Jie a sophmore at Carolina:
2021 FDOC for Jie Jie at Carolina as a first year, and first day of high school sophomore year for Mei Mei [and her first day ever in the actual HS school building].
2020: First day of senior year and freshman year! And what a year it will be... remote instruction / virtual academy!
2019: Jie Jie starting the dreaded Junior year, while Mei Mei finishes up middle school, grade 8:
2018: Our annual end of summer high tea. Jie Jie starting 10th grade, Mei Mei starting 7th:
2017: Jie Jie is off to High School, grade 9:
And Ginny is 10 weeks old!:
2016: Jie Jie started 8th grade in mid-July... final year of middle school!
And Mei Mei started 5th grade in late August.... last year of elementary school!
2015: Jie Jie started seventh grade in early July...
Mei Mei started fourth grade in late August 2015:
And Mei Mei started third grade in late August 2014:
2013: Mei Mei started second grade and Jie Jie started fifth... her last year of elementary school!
2012: Mei Mei started first grade and Jie Jie is now in fourth! Both at a new school, with a new start time and new calendar schedule.
2011: Mei Mei started Kindergaren! She picked out a very cute orange and pink outfit. For Jie Jie's first day of third grade, she chose a beautiful teal dress.
